The Period of Pregnancy which Gives Happiness

If in the week 8, an infant grew as fast as lightning, then in the pregnancy week 9, the infant growing like crazy. During this week, most part of the organs of the infant such as arms, head, torso, and legs were visible as they should. If a mother decides to peek at the baby with the help of certain medical equipment, then she will see a miniature of a human being who lives inside her, with a heartbeat sound like music, and his slowly breathing which bring warmly feeling. Such moments are of course will bring happiness for the parents, right?

pregnancy-week-9During pregnancy week 9, the length of infant is now 2 cm, while the arms and legs are growing rapidly and ready to move, and also the roots of the teeth begin to grow and the ear is formed. In other body parts such as legs and arms, the membranes in his fingers had started to disappear, while in the head, his eyelids had been established though not yet able to be opened. Now he has begun to actively rotate the head, move his toes and closed and open his mouth. Moreover, now the placenta is mature enough and capable of supplying certain hormones which are important for infant’s brain development and his immune system.

However, in the times like pregnancy week 9, you may feel yourself like trapped in a roller coaster. It means that sometimes you feel lost mood and in the other times can feel very happy. Although it may not seem normal for some woman, but such feelings are truly normal things that usually experienced by a pregnant women, after all, it will not last long. Actually, you do not need to worry, because when a mother experiences such emotional fluctuations, then it is generally caused by an excess supply of hormones which is now produced in large amounts by the placenta.
