There are several benefits of walking exercise for pregnant women. Walking will strengthen the health of the lungs and heart, stimulate the heart so that blood flow throughout the body better, especially the flow of blood from the veins in the leg. In addition, walking can also improve your stamina; muscles strengthen, especially leg muscle, and relieve stress.

Here are tips on the correct walking for pregnant women:

  • When walking, try to relax your shoulders and foresight.
  • Make sure your heels are planted on the ground first, then move the entire part of the foot.
  • Choose a safe location, e.g. area around a house or flat lawn.
  • Avoid uneven road. Changes in Earth’s gravity would affect the balance of your body.
