How to overcome morning sickness in pregnancy

Pregnant women are often lazy breakfast, especially when it was hit by morning sickness.
The following are some tips you can do to overcome them:

- Divert your mind to remember and relive the atmosphere of a most memorable meal in your life. For example, while you enjoy a candle light dinner with your spouse at your favorite restaurant.
- Enjoy breakfast while relaxing in bed.
- Select your favorite high-carbohydrate menu, and eat in small portions but frequently. Cereal can be a good choice for you.
- Avoid some foods are fatty, greasy, full of spicy, containing plenty of milk and cheese like lasagna, spaghetti which can invite a sense of satiety before you eat it.
- If drinking milk makes you sick, change in other forms. Such as pudding, jelly, ice cream, bread pudding, layer cakes, and other types of food made from processed milk.
