Pregnant with Healthy and Beautiful Nails

Sprinkle your charm while pregnant with a healthy and manicured nails. It is easy and simple. Through healthy and groomed nails, you will be looked impressive during pregnancy.

Because the hormones of pregnancy, most pregnant women feel their nails grow faster and stronger. But, others also have opposite feeling their nails become more fragile. If the nails easily broken, cut it short and avoid nail polish usage.

The important thing is always keep the health of your nails by consumed of foods containing protein, calcium and vitamin D. Healthy nails are pink. If you want to have shining nails then do manicure (nails care and hand fingers). You can do it at least once in a week at home or favorite salon. When done at home, you can save time and cost. Provide the equipment first, and then do the following steps:

  • Remove nail polish, if any. Use a cleanser without alcohol so as not to endanger the pregnancy.
  • Wash your hands with soap. Dry with a towel
  • Cut out an oval or flat nails. Refine one direction, from every side to the center of the nail. Do not go backwards.
  • Soak hands in a basin of warm water that has been given 1-2 teaspoons soap and lemon juice for a + / – 15 minutes.
  • Use of cotton that has been spread with cream to push cuticle towards the edge and remove excess dead skin
  • When finished, massage your nails with a cream gently back then soak in warm water that has been given soap for several minutes. Then brush  your nail to clean of all dirt
  • Dry your hands
  • Apply nail polish with your favorite colors

Perform the same steps on toe nails. If you have trouble doing alone because it has a big belly when pregnant, leave it to experts in beauty salons. Alternatively, ask for help to your beloved husband.
